Interesting, it is one of those building that you would either like or loath so it could be said that the architect has been successful in his statement albeit I do not see it as a lasting legacy statement be I do quite like it. I had just finished taking some pictures in and around Queens Square and as I turned the corner to walk up towards the University there it was. Initially a bit of a shock to the system after Queens Square

I'm not sure about it - a little like the pool, you have to admire the idea of the offering, what ever you feel.I wonder what people will think of this in 40 years? (btw - you've gone into the advertising business again)

Unlike the Parkinson tower it was meant to compete with I doubt this one will be there in 40 years

A lot of course are well known      You missed out this building Phill, it could have it's own section. A pile of cr*p. Always reminds me of the walls in old pub gents toilets, its the tiles.

It'll probably look like the Titanic by then - a rusty smudge on the pavement!

Having looked into this building it seems I went to school with on of the architects team. I will send compliments/vilification in equal measure.

"You missed out this building Phill, it could have it's own section. A pile of cr*p."You can put it there next to the Department of Transport/Traffic Area building in Harehills, which the shight 70s thingy stuck to the outside.
