Don't think I've seen this on the forum. The author would seem to have similar opinions to most of those on the forum as to how Leeds has been developed. The only thing I would take great exception to is that he claims that the development "makes the place look like Reading". Having the misfortune to live there, I can assure you that despite some awful decisions in Leeds, it would take a lot to make it even half as bad as Reading
