I'm having problems with this new format. I'd appreciate help regarding navigating this system. I'm not sure whether my comments fit into this topic. I was raised in the Cedars in Armley Leeds 12 and attended St. Bartholomew's Infant's and then the boy's school. I'm sure there must be an interesting history to the old buildings. I recall that a huge structure was built on the "playground ,it was supposed to hold water to be used in the event of incendiary bombs hitting the school.Our air raid shelter was beneath what I believe was know as the Clergy House.The Headmaster was Mr Keighly.(sp)
