Another request for help. It's not Cardigan Road and an I don't think it's Burley area either, but may be wrong. he steps are quite distinctive. Any ideas?http://www.leodis.net/display.aspx?reso ... SPLAY=FULL

My money would be on Belle Vue Road.

I thought that might be a possibility but if I've interpreted the old maps correctly the fronts of the houses were on the 'uphill' side of the slope so relatively level with the road. Something further down the hill around the Rosebanks? Woodhouse or Meanwood? Chapeltown or Harehills?

They don't half look like substantial houses compared to what gets thrown up now.
