What's this building?

What's the old looking white four storey building behind Bar Work [former West Riding] on Little King Street? Is it part of the Quebecs Hotel?

If you look on Google Maps it's labelled The Leeds Town House which is indeed part of the Quebec.

Yes I saw that. But those Google map labels are notoriously rubbish. On that same map, The Light is depicted as behind Nando's on Boar Lane, Owen & Robinson in the middle of a car park in front of West Riding House, and County Arcade is labelled somewhere behind where Watson & Cairns was on Lower Briggate. So forgive me if I disbelieve it rather.
