AY=FULLWas it on the site of The Regent?The comment on Leodis seems to indicate it was next to and above 17 Kirkgate, which I think will be on the corner where the Soho punk clothing shop is. And I wonder what happened to all his antiquities, which were 'auctioned off'.

Na, its further up, before you go south over Vicar Lane, and it's on the other side to the Regent. If you look at this picture from google earth you can just see where the blue plaque is where I have pointed to it with the large red arrow!
