I'm sure there's been a night light thread on here before, Probably still is but i can't find it. Anyway Riks been good enough to set up a nice little flickr group solely dedicated for the Night light up & coming frivolities in October no doubt munki will be wetting our appetites in the near future! So it would be good to have a look & JOIN. It only takes a few seconds to fill in a basic form for free membership as many folks on here have already taken advantage off, There's no hidden catches. So as well as the secret Leeds site people can add there own ideas & have a fantastic oppurtunity to showcase the best of there snaps from the night! (This is my own idea but i think secret Leeds should throw in a little prezzie for the best shots) A Mcdonalds voucher i'm SURE they could scrape out of the kitty :-)) Have a look at the group here http://flickr.com/groups/425771@N24/

It's playing that trick of not linking the page again. Can anyone remember how we sorted that out last time?

It's not accepting anything after the '@' as part of the address. People are going to have to copy & paste it!It's...http://flickr.com/groups/425771@N24/

Second thoughts. When you create the group you can pesonalise the group address to link it from other sites, This one is a series of numbers behind the flickr address. try change it to Leedslights or something. should work. Admins have to do this tho!

munki is super busy - just seen him in the bus station carrying a bag of top hats, and he hardly recognised me - he's been zombified. spent last night sleeping on a barge somewhere in the city centre apparently ... the mind boggles.anyway, we should all get out and about tomorrow evening - biggest cultural event of the year IMHO, and Leeds is the only city in the UK to be holding a Light Night/Nuit Blanche event in 2007.check www.lightnight.co.uk for full event listings, but I'll try and help with any questions too.cheers, dsco
