Leodis website not working - August 2018

Post by SecretLibraryLeeds »

At the moment Leodis is offline for maintenance reasons and we don’t know when it will be available to the public, if you have a search enquiry please send details to the [email protected] address where the staff of the Local & Family History Library will be happy to help.

Hope they find the time to fix the faulty CAPTURE, which doesn't work and prevents anyone from posting anything to the site please..

I hope this is only temporary and not another example of spending cuts, never to be seen again. I really value the Leodis site and I've made contributions to it.

The good news is its up and running again with some new photos added especially if you're interested in Rothwell & Oulton.
It used to be said that the statue of the Black Prince had been placed in City Square , near the station, pointing South to tell all the southerners who've just got off the train to b****r off back down south!

Thanks for the good news. I'd given up checking myself.

Thanks also to the Leodis team for their work on the site.
