What & Where No 21

i pass Braimes every evening from work...think its wonderful that its still alive and kicking..Seems to me its the last of the line..The Hunslet factories which took the name of Hunslet all over the world..i was born and bred in Hunslet and am proud of the fact..Does anybody if its still in British hands?Cheers

I have a funny feeling it is being sold, for business & housing, & Braimes is moving elsewhere.Might be wrong (wont be the first time!), but I am sure that's what I have heard.(I also pass it every day on my way to and from work in Hunslet).
