OK. A chance for the rest of you now. This one if FROM PhilD, so he is not allowed to win it!Where is this taken? What is the significance of the building?

Is this building on lower briggate, and does it have the plaque commemerating louis le prince who patented a camera with sixteen lenses on the wall?
