Been looking through the secret leeds group on flickr & found CGI renders of Pendas Way & Bardsey stations

Thought they'd be interesting.

I remember some folks who lived off the Wetherby Rd near Bardsey had a (then) phone number 'Collingham Bridge' + the number.

I asked where and what the bridge was and it was long demolished but the line used to pass the Old Mill (off Thorner Lane) then pass Hetchell Woods and cross the A58 where the Bardsey/Bingley Arms turn off is.

Phill.d:-
I don't have a photo of my 1967 Cub trip to Grassington, surely you must have one?

Well done though Phill good work.

Hi Jagon, I'm afraid I don't own any archive railway photos, and most of the stuff you will have looked at on flickr will be other peoples. I only set those groups up really

There is this group dedicated the Leeds-Wetherby line

And you might find the Leeds & West Yorkshire rail group of interest too

I've enjoyed some of the photo sites you did and know Penda's Way - didn't know it had a station but proximity to Barnbow + munitions figures I spose.

I think you must mean this photo of mine

I thought you were referring to the archive rail shots, and train model simulation of the Wetherby line.

Thanks Regular Smiley

Hi Phill. I wonder if you have put the wrong link as it brings up an underground picture in your Holbeck set. Regular Smiley

Lovely Phill.d
Like some medieval double bog.

I used to play on Pendas disused railway late 60's I think.
