This is a much zoomed-in photo that I took on June 25 2015. The man working on the roof must have a head for heights, but at least he has a safety rope attached. He could though be like a human pendulum if he slipped!

With the scaffolding around the construction it has been difficult for some time now to see any obvious change from ground level. I did not see the two men from nearby but did so from further away, so I took this zoomed-in (and not sharp) photo on August 20 2105. The two men sat on the top must have a head for heights (and good safety harnesses I hope!).
