A sign of Leeds - but where is it?

This sign is fixed to a tree, rather than a post and it somehow just doesn't look right. This picture was taken when stuck in a queue of traffic (there's a clue!) but where is it?(Also posted on the Secret Leeds flickr group)

No chance. Mrs Chameleon was passing by the screen and chirpily declared that sign's on Foundry Lane......So - no points to me there

Google Street View here, oddly with no sign present.http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&q=l ... 2.21,,0,5I wonder when it was placed there then? It must be fairly recently.
